Change "network.http.pipelining" to "true"
Change "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"
Change "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some number like 30.
3. At last right click in anywhere and click New-> Integer. Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and Change its value to "0".
